We meet on Tuesday evenings to practice our Agentine tango patterns. The evenings are open to both club members and members of the public who are interested in our activities. During the evening we usually aim to have a session of up to half an hour for club members to demonstrate a pattern for others to learn. This may be a basic pattern for the benefit of beginners or a more advanced pattern that is of particular interest. As tango dancers are naturally sociable, we also have a break for tea and cakes during the evening.
Practicas are held on most Tuesdays from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm in the All Saints Church Hall, All Saints' Street, Hastings. The hall is situated between All Saints' Church and the Stag Inn on the opposite side of the road. Check when we are holding practicas using the Calendar as some Tuesday evenings are given over to teaching sessions, meetings or simply a week off. There is a charge of £5 per person with a loyalty card system so that every sixth one is free.
